In my search to find healthy snack options for my boys, I noticed there are not many “good for your health” snack options available in stores. That being said, Im going to start a journey on exploring and creating healthy treats and snacks made from basic ingredients. The judges on taste, my 6 year old, Vin and 2 year old, Beau. Together we will decide if they are worth making again.
We’ll start with popsicles.
It’s a simple and cheap way to make a treat!
The three different mixtures:
1. 1 cup Fage 2% yogurt and 1 cup Three Berry Blend frozen fruit.
2. 1 cup Greek Godz Honey Vanilla yogurt and 1 cup Three Berry Blend frozen fruit.
3. 2 cups Three Berry Blend frozen fruit.
Mix yogurt and fruit together in a bowl.
For frozen fruit pops, let the fruit thaw slightly and mash with a fork.
Next, fill each popsicle tray full.

Place the tray in the freezer for a few hours.

Honey Vanilla yogurt came in first!
Frozen Triple Berry fruit 2nd
Triple Berry Fage came in 3rd.
You can use more or less fruit depending on your taste preference. Other fruits are an option as well!
