Let Go Of Negativity, Be Kind And Grateful!

First, I want to say, Let go of your negativity. There is no place for hate, vengeance, judgement and jealousy. It poisons your thoughts. Step away from media that portrays negativity. When I did, I did not realize how big of an impact the media can have on your emotional mind set and also the added stress that can negatively affect your physical health.

Add some positivity by adding prayer, pod casts, books or music to improve your mood. Aim to be a good human being. Help your neighbors. Help others whether you know them or not. Make a goal to spread a smile to a stranger. Be kind!

Once your environment is more suitable for positivity, focus on what you are thankful for!

Each day when I’m driving to work and when I’m getting my boys ready for bed, I think of what I am grateful for. If you’re trying to get in the habit, set a phone reminder. Then turn your mindset to think about one thing in your life you are grateful for! Speak it! Then smile!

  • I’m thankful for another day with my children
  • I’m thankful for another day with family.
  • I’m thankful for another day with my health
  • I’m thankful for another day with my career.
  • I’m thankful for another day being able to help another.

  • I’m thankful for food on our table.
  • I’m thankful for another day of beautiful weather
  • I’m thankful for coffee 😉
  • I’m thankful for the good in this world!

When you focus on the positive things in your life you will be happier and spread love! Just watch how the positivity will fill your heart and mind with amazing energy!
